We are committed to generating more revenue or profit for our clients than we cost (in other words, we demand ROI — return-on-investment). This is so important to us that if we do not firmly believe that we can accomplish this, we will politely decline the project.

We only make recommendations to our clients when there is evidence to support them. We do not have pre-determined products or services that are the answer to everyone's problems. Since we are evidence- and research-based, we typically achieve better results than other options on the market.

Our greatest success is helping our clients become independent of us. That is why we work collaboratively to ensure that they learn how to do the things we suggest. At some point in most of our projects, our clients begin to repeat back to us our advice like it was their own.
