We start with an in-depth business analysis that allows us to pinpoint the problem and the source from which it stems. In most cases, we hold meetings with company principals, review the company financials, interview the staff, and observe employees in the workplace. There’s no sense, after all, in throwing money at conjecture – we want to make sure we are going after the real issue, right from the start.
