Lucid Business Strategies is a small business management and marketing consulting firm that specializes in helping entrepreneurs build successful businesses. We work primarily with companies that have less than 100 employees. Start-ups and clients with fewer than 25 employees are common.
We are led by Jeff McElyea, a nationally recognized small business performance improvement expert. His diverse experiences with small businesses, combined with formal education, helps us deliver high-impact, yet practical solutions for our clients.
We focus on business results above all other things. Consequently, we are committed to generating more revenue or profit for for our clients than we cost (return-on-investment). This is so important to us that if we do not firmly believe that we can accomplish this, we will politely decline the project.
We only make recommendations to our clients when there is evidence to support them. We do not have pre-determined products or services that are the answer to everyone's problems. Since we are evidence and research based, we typically achieve better results than many alternative choices you might consider.
Our greatest success is helping our clients become independent of us. That is why we work collaboratively to ensure that they learn how to do the things we suggest. At some point in most of our projects, our clients begin to repeat back to us our advice like it was their own. This warms our hearts and puts smiles on our face!
